Help for vulnerable Brits to access banking and credit
The new Financial Inclusion Committee, headed by Treasury Minister Tulip Siddiq, meets for the first time today with a view to ensuring there is support for vulnerable people to access banking, build savings and improve their financial resilience. Made up of consumer groups and financial institutions, the committee will discuss ways to provide individuals with poor credit histories access to safe and affordable credit. Any thoughts on this, and whether it has the potential to change anything, send them across.
