LinkedIn Live: the mechanics of mortgage pricing - 11am 16th January

On Tuesday 16th January at 11am, something huge and frankly unmissable is going down in the mortgage world. OK, that’s a bit toppy but then this is the media.

MPowered Mortgages, Newspage and The Intermediary have teamed up to launch a new mortgage industry-focused LinkedIn Live, with the first two set to be hosted by Andrew Montlake, Managing Director of Coreco and AMI chair.

The first session, which will last for up to 45 minutes, will cover the latest mortgage industry news and trends and - in a climate of constant rate changes - the mechanics of mortgage pricing with MPowered’s Head of Product, Peter Stimson.

Special guests on the imaginatively named 'Mortgage News Live' will be Riz Malik of R3 Mortgages and Emma Jones of Whenthebanksaysno.

Good to see an industry live event, where Saville Row suits are ditched, and a panel of seasoned professionals who live and breathe the language of finance, mortar and timber, who navigate the dark alleys of the mortgage world, who have their hands firmly on the pulse of the mortgage market, get to be heard - hear hear. Times are changing, and the normal chorus of suits droning on about risk and collateral, I hope, can be a thing of the past.
