I’m the Founder & CEO of Finanze Group, a specialist property and finance group built around strategy, capital and execution.

Across the group:
• Finanze Strategy — property strategy, consulting, sourcing and procurement
• Finanze Property — specialist brokerage across property and business finance
• Finanze Capital — direct specialist short-term property lending

My particular interest is where structure creates opportunity: title splits, lease extensions, below-market-value acquisitions, refurbishment, development exits, commercial investment-value lending, cross-collateralised transactions and other situations that do not fit neatly into a standard lending model.

Before Finanze, my career was predominantly institutional and international. I worked with Société Générale and Standard Chartered before becoming Chief Operating Officer of Korea Investment Management Asia in Hong Kong. I later built an advisory business working with founders, boards and investment businesses across strategy, growth, capital and operations.
