Ben Perks

Having started working as a cashier in a well-known bank 11 years ago, Jack worked hard and made his way up the career ladder. In early 2015 he became fully qualified to provide advice on mortgages. Being very customer focused, he strongly believes in treating people in the way in which he would want to be treated.

Being totally independent and having access to the whole of the mortgage market means that he can advise his clients no matter what their circumstances to their best interest.

Outside of work, Jack is a keen football fan with Portsmouth being his favourite team. He also enjoys running and completed the London Marathon in 2021.

Michelle is fully CeMap-qualified (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) and is friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. With 20yrs+ experience, her wealth of knowledge and expertise is reflective with her excellent reputation locally and nationally as a trusted advisor. She enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family and walking her beagle, Winnie.

Michelle Lawson

Rob has a background as an independent consultant making financial services safe and accessible for consumers. Previously also a HNW financial adviser he now runs a high-quality mortgage brokerage, Simple Fast Mortgage. Rob holds the Dip PFS, MAQ & ER qualifications.

Rob's industry expertise has been engaged by professional service companies such as Price Waterhouse Cooper, KPMG, Grant Thornton, and Deloitte, high-street banks, financial service boutiques, and the regulator; the Financial Conduct Authority. 

Over a 20 year career Rob often saw customers receiving poor quality financial & mortgage advice, resulting in inappropriate, or high-cost products being recommended. This inspired Rob to offer the benefit of his experience directly to those who would benefit from it most and Simple Fast Mortgage was created.
