Can a four day week replace a pay rise?
In response to an article in The Times: https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/four-day-working-taking-place-of-pay-increases-to-keep-staff-happy-zngq526ws
People Management wants to know if a four-day week can replace a pay rise to keep staff happy.
Can people really work less for more/the same level of pay?
Will this potentially lead to increased burnout as you have to get more done in less time?
Why would this make people happy, and would it be a sustainable fix?
What are the benefits of four-day weeks?
My deadline is no later than 12
