Philly Ponniah is the founder of Philly Financial and a Chartered Wealth Manager now working as a financial coach, based in North London. 15 years' experience in Wealth Management including at Charles Stanley and Accenture.

Her work brings together the practical realities of money and the beliefs, emotions and experiences that shape how people handle it. She helps clients understand the habits and patterns behind their decisions, exploring what money means to them and the needs those patterns may be meeting, from safety and comfort to a sense of control.

Alongside that understanding, she works with clients to build a clearer picture of their finances and put practical structures in place that reflect their priorities, so changes to how they manage money are supported by an understanding of why they do what they do.
