The weird and wonderful ways you’ve used ChatGPT to save money
New research seen by Newspage shows Brits are quietly letting generative AI do the heavy lifting when it comes to saving money. More than half admit to using tools like ChatGPT to make shopping less painful, with over a quarter saying it actually beats Google when hunting for products.
Not everyone’s ready to hand over their wallet, though. Around a third of people say they wouldn’t trust AI to complete the checkout, with privacy worries, security fears, and the chance of a very expensive “oops” at the top of the list.
