Should he stay or should he go?

Amorim has collected one of the fewest points for any Manchester United manager with over 30 games in charge. It’s clear he remains unsure of his best team or style of play, and what worked at his previous club simply hasn’t translated at Old Trafford. That said, the problems go deeper than the dugout. Too many players lack quality, direction and drive. What was once the highest standard of football in England has slipped into something closer to a playground, and that decline started long before Amorim arrived.

If change does come, United need a proven leader with experience of managing big players and big pressure. Someone like Zinedine Zidane, who commands respect instantly, could provide the reset the club badly needs.
