1) AI meeting notes are pitched as removing tedious admin but the same transcripts quietly build a behavioural file on every employee

a) If your meeting transcript history informed a redundancy decision, would the employee have any right to see it, or challenge it?

b) Does AI profiling of who speaks up, stays quiet, or pushes back constitute workplace surveillance that employment law hasn't caught up with?

2) Firms encourage staff to augment themselves with AI then monitor token usage to check they're doing it (Jensen Huang CEO Nvidia.)

a) Does low usage always mean "not an AI team player"?

b) If token consumption becomes a performance criterion, are experienced employees who work efficiently without AI being penalised for lifelong competence?

c) Who decides what counts as productive token use, and what's your right of appeal when an AI decides your prompts weren't good enough?

d) Is someone with high token output actually productive, or churning out slop to dump on colleagues?
