Our brewery is in an industrial unit, with the office up in the roof. Most of the year it's absolutely freezing, but on really hot days like today it gets stifling. By the end of the afternoon you lose the ability to think, it's so airless. So we take breaks and have our meetings down in the cool room, which keeps the beer at a nice chill 12 degrees. We can even treat ourselves to a nice cold beer, like our 1% low alc beer, to keep hydrated.
