Home vs office
Dear advisers
I'm writing an article about the benefits of hybrid working versus office-based working.
What are your views on this topic? Do you offer both? Do you find hybrid working improves your/your employees' work-life balance? Or is it detrimental to office culture or to your business in any way?
A recent study from Vitality found:
- Hybrid workers lose fewer days to health-related productivity loss compared to their full-time office and home working counterparts
- Hybrid workers exhibit lower rates of obesity and depression and engage more with workplace wellbeing initiatives
- Workers engaging with workplace health initiatives lose 15-20% less productive days than those who don’t
To what extent do you agree or disagree? I'd love to hear your views as well as some details on how you run your business when it comes to office culture.
Thanks very much!
