Ted Hill. End of. He’s been unbelievable this season at Bath, can play in the second row or in the back row, and is absolutely rapid for a massive guy, too. How he hasn’t got any more caps to his name in the Autumn Internationals is beyond me. Perhaps he's not the type of player who panders to the powers that be.

Lewis Ludlow has had an incredible start to the season, pulling out all the stops against the big teams when it mattered. The results haven’t always gone Gloucester's way this season but Ludlow has certainly kept them within touching distance.

Gabriel Ibitoye of the Bristol Bears is really exciting and glides past defenders for fun. He is having a fantastic season and it's only a matter of time before we see the red rose on his chest.
