AI influencing property transactions
We're keen to know if you're seeing people using AI in any part of a property transaction. For example, it could be people using AI to find out what they should pay for a property and then presenting its findings to an estate agent to justify a lower offer; or a seller saying “ChatGPT reckons my house is worth £x” - lots more than what it is worth. Or it could be people come to a broker and says “ChatGPT reckons I can get 3.99% at 95% LTV” or “I shouldn't have to pay a fee for advice”, etc. Or perhaps conveyancers have seen people trying to do their own legal paperwork using AI to save money? Any examples, send them across.
