Adam started his mortgage career in 2007 at Liquid Financial Management. In 2010, Adam left Liquid and spent a short period of time as a project director at a property fund where funds were lent for development finance. Spotting the need for an additional income stream to the business for providing mortgages to completed developments, Adam moved across to Keystone Wealth Management where he remained until setting up Helix in 2021. Adam holds CF1 and CF6 as qualifications and whilst Adam is a regulated broker, his main area of expertise is Commercial, Bridging and Development finance (including senior, stretched, mezzanine and equity finance). He has a reputation for being able to place difficult and complex cases.
