Kieran is an experienced property solicitor. He advises on complex residential, agricultural, development and commercial property transactions and is a leading specialist in mitigating property fraud. A source of knowledge for unusual matters such as lease extensions, freehold reversions, ground rent and amendments to property titles.

He also offers specialist advice for Wills, Trusts, LPAs, Tax Planning and Probate.

Coming from a family business background and running his own firm, he also advises small business owners on a variety of commercial legal matters.

Kieran studied at UCL & UWE, and lives near Bath and is frequently in London.
