Sandra is the owner and founder of Unwind Yoga Studio, a small business in Maidenhead, Berkshire. Before, she worked as a senior marketing manager in global technology organisations. Sandra has postgraduate qualifications in Education (MEd), Management Information Systems (MSc), Marketing (PGDIP), Employee Engagement (PGDIP), and Positive Psychology (PGCert). She is also a qualified teacher of yoga, mindful meditation and mindfulness based flourishing.
