Starting my business in 2013, there was a strong realisation that people did not recognise that they can make their mind work for them, rather than against them. All that's needed is a little know-how. And this is open to everyone. Mindset is the key to avoiding stress, depression, anxiety and burnout. I specialise in sport, particularly equestrianism, helping riders gain clarity on their goals and remove the blocks (self-sabotage, fears, imposter syndrome and self-limiting beliefs) that hold them back. What emerges is an ability to focus on the riding, rather than distractions and emotional issues. As a Master Trainer of NLP and Trainer of Hypnotherapy, I provide accredited courses for equestrian and non-equestrian trainees, leading to professional qualifications in NLP, Time Line Therapy®️ and Hypnotherapy. I am the only training provider globally to certify equestrians in a 5-certification programme, furnishing them with a rich set of concepts and techniques that they can use as mindset/life/mental performance coaches themselves. I also work with non-horsey clients to remove fears, negative emotions, phobias, self-limiting beliefs, bad habits and inner conflicts.
