Ralph is one of the leading Game Chefs in the Midlands and a food ambassador for The British Association of Shooting & Conservation, appearing as a guest chef on local radio, in West Country Films with The Cornish Countryman and providing cookery demonstrations at Food Fairs & County Shows. In addition, he's at the helm in The Butlers Pantry kitchen catering for private & corporate events. A keen game shot & fisherman actively bringing the great outdoors into his style of cooking.
