James Humphries-Stone

Co-Founder
The Avenue
Joining the property industry in 2004, at the age of 17, I was one of those fortunate people that realised I had found more than a job, it quickly became a passion and a career for life. I love finding creative ways to market your home to capture a buyers attention and create a strong demand. My attention to detail and obsession for perfection over every photograph, video clip and written word, will result in me leaving no stone unturned to ensure your property stands out in a crowd. It is a commonly stated fact that selling and buying a property is one of the most stressful experiences a person will ever go through. The ultimate purpose of my role is to be there for you throughout to offer advice, support and guidance to make the selling and buying process as smooth as possible. For me, its personal and what is important to you becomes my priority. Having been born and bred in Hampshire, love saw me relocate to Derbyshire to be with Hayley, my partner in life and business. We spend lots of time in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside with our son, Stanley, who was born in 2020. When I have any spare time, I am also partial to a round of golf, being a member of Horsley Lodge.
