Charlotte Wu MD MSc is a board-certified, Ivy-league trained primary care doctor and innovative physician leader with over 15 years of clinical practice and strategy leadership experience with a unique cross-disciplinary background, including medicine, UX, clinical product development, and digital health. She is the founder of Harness Health Global, a healthcare consultancy focused on health system &amp; technology innovation, people-centred design, implementation strategy, and change management. She is passionate about leveraging UX principles and visual storytelling methods to improve the health and wellness of populations worldwide.&nbsp; Before joining Syndi Health, Charlotte has led health system innovation and redesign efforts on multiple continents. She has served as the Vice President Senior Medical Director for launching Virtual Primary Care at Teladoc Health and has worked alongside many health delivery organisations, digital health companies, governments, academic centres, and non-profit organisations across the globe to achieve meaningful improvement in health experience and outcomes. These include serving as a Visiting Lecturer at University College London’s (UCL) Global Business School for Health, on the Clinical Advisory Board for the Digital Therapeutics Alliance, and as a mentor for the UK Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) Innovation Mentorship Programme.
