Lesley So left her corporate job at Rolls-Royce plc in 2020 to pursue her dream of building a start up with a social purpose - to be a sustainable, ethical brand that cares for our planet and employs the marginalised in our society. Prior to embarking on my entrepreneurial journey during the lock down in 2020, I have over 13 years of senior management experience in Rolls-Royce plc across Manufacturing & Operations, Marketing, Planning, Strategy, Project Management in global regions including Europe, Brazil, USA, Canada, and the UK. I left my corporate job in order to pursue the dream of starting a social venture that could benefit the planet, our customers, the marginalised in our communities, and every one we work with.
