James joined SignHealth in 2016 and has worked in the charity sector since 2001, including a variety of roles at Scope and the NSPCC. James is a trustee of the British Society of Mental Health and Deafness and the Voluntary Organisations Disability Group. James is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, Manufactures and Commerce and a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows at the College of St George at Windsor Castle.
