My name is Elyse Burns-Hill, director of SGW Accountancy Services Limited. SGW is a sector agnostic accountancy firm, but we specialise in Licenced Trade (primarily pubs & restaurants), Construction industry and professional services. I have written 2 books (1 of them got to 2nd place in the best seller charts), and I have 2 more books coming out over the next few months - the first is a book about the bookkeeping method I have created and we use within the firm, and the other is a book to help publicans run a profitable pub.
