I’m Dom Carter — co-founder of Serotonin, a performance marketing agency built in Manchester but operating globally.

Over the last decade, I’ve grown and scaled eCommerce, lifestyle, and property brands across the UK, Europe, and the US — both as an operator and through Serotonin. We exist to help ambitious brands unlock sustainable, profitable growth through strategy-first campaigns across paid media, creative, and content.

I’ve worked with everyone from scale-up DTC brands to global players like ASSOS of Switzerland, Legal & General, British Cycling, Celebrity Cruises and Grainger PLC. I’ve also seen failures, supported with reboots, and rebuilt brands back from the brink of going under – which is why I'm obsessed with forecasting, clarity, and knowing the difference between noise and traction.

I believe in honest strategy, sharp creative, and building systems that outlast algorithms.

Outside of work, I compete in triathlon, run marathons, do a lot of travelling and eat a lot of pasta.
