I am Sean Horton, founder and Managing Director of Respect Mortgages and Respect Capital.

Since 1988, I've been actively involved in financial services and mortgages, working as both an independent financial adviser and whole of market mortgage broker throughout my career.

I draw on my extensive mortgage experience to ensure all guides and information we publish are accurate and genuinely useful. Looking at mortgage issues (including credit problems and property challenges) through a broker's lens gives me a unique perspective on the significant added value a broker can provide to borrowers.
