Started  with making bread for the local community from his home garage, progressed to opening an award-winning bakery in Little Chalfont near Amersham, expanded to Windsor, and now about to open in Ascot too.  Having founded & grown one of the most awarded independent bakeries in all of the UK, Glenn is a passionate & articulate expert in organic sourdough, long fermentation, Real Bread (bread made with no additives) and running a small manufacturing business.
