Butterfly Financial Planning was founded by me, and the reason behind the business is very personal.
When I was 21, I helped my mum through a difficult four-year divorce. She had always left the finances to my dad and suddenly found herself facing a future where she did not know what she had or whether she would have enough.
I still remember coming home to find financial letters tucked under the bread bin because Mum felt too overwhelmed to deal with them.
That experience has stayed with me throughout my career.
Today, Butterfly Financial Planning helps business owners and professionals bring everything together and feel more confident about their money and their future.
For me, financial planning is not just about numbers. It is about understanding what really matters to someone, giving them clarity and helping them feel that a weight has been lifted from their shoulders.
