Dr Silja Litvin is a clinical psychologist and researcher specialising in resilience, anxiety and depression in adolescents and young adults. She has worked extensively with secondary schools and colleges across the UK and has contributed to peer-reviewed research on youth mental health and digital behaviour. She is affiliated with UCL and international academic collaborators, and is a co-founder of the Healthy Digital Childhood Alliance, a non-profit organisation supporting intentional technology use and equipping parents, teachers and young people to navigate the digital world safely.
