Miranda is CEO of Yellow Stone Finance and Pitch 4 Finance, and has worked in debt structuring for over 15 years. She has been a partner of a FTSE 100 wealth management company and has brokered over £1bn of structured debt, equity and mezzanine solutions. Miranda is a great proponent of the importance of technology in finance and the need to provide easy to understand client solutions. She has been nominated for a number of industry awards and sits on the executive committee for the Financial Intermediary and Broker Association and previously the Association of bridging Professionals. She has a full financial advisory background and is a qualified and certified financial planner as well as an alumnae of Said Business School’s fintech programme.
