Phil designs workshops and learning events for managers and leaders, delivered across 40 countries to 200+ organisations including banks, insurance companies, energy services, hotels, automotive, retailers, agriculture, charities and public sector bodies. He offers coaching, mentoring, and trains other coaches.
His finance programmes reach sales people, directors and production managers through interactive business simulations, including Celemi's 'Apples & Oranges'. Training combines negotiation, customer account management, communication, leadership and supplier relationship management across Gulf, Europe, Americas and Asia.
Phil holds an MBA from Cranfield University, is a Master Practitioner in NLP, a Fellow of CIPD and Professional Speaking Association, Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers.
