Jason Harris-Cohen

Managing Director
Open Property Group
Combining my passion for property and problem-solving with an innate desire to help others achieve their goals. Throughout my life, I’ve always striven to be the best I can be. Because always focusing on cold hard facts, no matter how brutal, and achieving the best-possible win-win solution all round, means I have enjoyed more than 15 (mostly) successful years trading property. I’ve experienced most types of property deals imaginable – the hugely profitable, once-in-a-lifetime deals; the land acquisitions that go sideways; the problem buy-to-let properties that simply need fresh asset management and the smaller, unmodernised homes with a vision to create the best end product possible. I’ve rode the peaks and troughs of the property market, experienced the highs and lows alongside my colleagues and clients and found a solution for every problem along the way, even if it’s resulted in a financial loss.
