Louise Burns

Company Director
Nineteen Recruitment
When Louise Burns' ill health meant she could no longer teach, she decided to establish a recruitment agency specialising in education. She had spied a gap in the market for an honest, ethical, and fully transparent recruitment agency. Her fresh and non-corporate approach to recruitment attracted attention, and she was soon asked to supply the social care and public sector too. Seven years on, Louise is proud to be an agency that is known for its 'human' approach to recruitment. Nineteen Recruitment has grown significantly during the last 24 months, providing temporary staffing to more clients than ever before, and supporting clients to find their perfect match for any permanent opportunities they may have.
