Why would employees value a work relationship over a payrise?
A new report on hybrid working by Hubspot has found half (50 per cent) of UK workers have said they would rather have “great relationships” at work over a 10 per cent pay increase,
It also found that just under half (47 per cent) of UK workers would choose a four-day working week over a salary increase.
But why?
And how might this impact employers/HR?
