Hi advisers!
Q4 2025 sent a clear signal across the UK financial planning and wealth management sector, according to Gunner & Co.
Consolidation remains active, but it is now far more selective. Although deal activity continued, the final quarter of the year focused less on volume and more on scale, strategy, and buyer capability.
Is this something you are seeing from the strategy of buyers? What are you seeing from them?
What is your firm doing this year to make itself ‘deal-ready’ — and do you think this will materially improve your valuation if you sell?
I'd love to know your thoughts!
