Looking for any parents who are being charged extra nursery costs on top of their regular fees

Hi all, looking for any parents here who have been charged additional compulsory fees for government-funded nursery hours, eg. paying top-up fees, expensive consumables charges (eg. £15/£20 per day for lunch), sign-up fees, or anyone who has been told they can only use funded hours at certain times of day, for a spread in The Sun print/online.
