We are confident about hiring, but very deliberately so. Hospitality is people looking after people, and there are areas where we simply cannot rely on tech such as emergencies, complaints, refunds, financial decisions and owner relationships all need human judgement and empathy. We are investing in an AI agent to handle the data driven basics like availability, parking, pricing and house rules, which allows us to scale efficiently, but leaves the human touch to, well, humans.
