IVF and egg freezing as workplace perks

A journalist at the Mail Online is looking for businesses that offer fertility-related workplace perks such as subsidising (or even paying for) IVF and egg freezing, or firms that perhaps give time off to staff for IVF and any necessary support and counselling, etc. You can read about it here in the Evening Standard. Have you got any clients who do this who would be happy to be featured on the Mail Online today? Also, as HRs, is this the ultimate workplace perk? The "ultimate" workplace perk often depends on individuals needs and preferences. I would imagine that companies which are predominantely based in the South (London) who are known to have more senior working women who wait a little longer to have children (average age is Mid 30's), then this will certainly be a 'benefit' of value.
