Is L&D becoming more cross-functional?
I have some short deadline news comment (no later than 3pm) on LinkedIn's future of learning report which found the percentage of L&D pros working more closely with leaders has grown significantly year over year: 44% are working with HR, compared to 39% last year
I wanted to ask why it's important for L&D to work with HR and what might explain the slight decline from 2022
Also, 77% of L&D pros say their role became more cross-functional in the past year - why is that?
