HR Magazine seeking HR comment!

Morning all, a journalist @ HR Magazine is writing a story on how pensions have been found to be the number one employee benefit, even more desirable than flexible working. Why do you think this is? Is it because people are planning their life post-work more since the pandemic? Deadline is today. No essays. Just a few lines or I'm going to pull my hair out (what little I have left).
