While the number of deals available to landlords has increased, a significant proportion of buy-to-let property owners are still unable to take advantage of these opportunities. Many of the available deals have arrangement fees that have increased significantly since the last budget, and there is still no guarantee that these deals will result in the desired loans. As a result, landlords planning to refinance this year may face unexpected challenges, which may affect their tenants.
