Two-year bond yields have hit their lowest level since May 2023 this morning, dropping as far as 3.862%. One question: what could this mean for mortgage holders and, in terms of asset class performance, investors? These figures are the sunshine borrowers need. This should mean that mortgage rates will continue to come down further ahead of the Bank Base which we have seen in the last weeks.
