This is driven by the combination of the underlying demographic problems in the UK which make it hard for organizations to find staff and the ongoing pressure on finances. As automation technologies such as Artificial Intelligence Voice & Chat Bots develop apace more and more people are beginning to accept their deployment. Early models of Chatbots often caused intense frustration as you got locked into a robotic loop that simply kept repeating the same incorrect answer to a question posed. This was often because organizations took off-the-shelf solutions which did not work for them, AI is now becoming better at what it does simply because it's being deployed correctly

Robots will start taking care of one of the most boring tasks imaginable: inspecting things.
