Set up through lockdown of 2020 to help with family life whilst shielding from Covid. We needed to still connect to our physical therapy clients after closing due to government restrictions. We also had to earn a living as we kept our Son's chemotherapy appointments through the pandemic until he finished his treatment in July 2020. We maintained good health as we knew it could be dangerous for our Son to catch Covid and used homemade blends for general illnesses like colds and flu. We also realised getting older and needing to exercise more, that we would often encounter muscle pain throughout the body. That didn't stop us from trialing the blends in a number of running events resulting in a Virtual London Marathon fundraiser for The Sebastians Action Trust. Not only did it keep us well, it allowed us to train regularly and take on more physical challenges. So looking at how this could benefit others in a similar situation we decided to open an online shop.
