Liam Molesworth is a 29-year-old Healthcare Entrepreneur based in Birmingham. Liam’s background falls within sales, starting his early career working as a Recruitment Consultant for PLCs before founding his own Healthcare Recruitment Agency in 2018 - Woodrow Mercer Healthcare. Liam took his recruitment agency from £0 to £13million in less than 4 years. Just before the UK went into lockdown in March 2020, Liam and Sam Alsop-Hall co-founded Mprove, which is a Healthcare Management Consultancy that focuses on improving patient flow within the NHS. Mprove has gone from strength to strength achieving sales of £1m+ in its first year and growing by 150% in its second. Liam’s portfolio of healthcare businesses include Woodrow Mercer Healthcare, Mprove and Tech Canal. The group have over 30 employees and are predicted to achieve £20m in FY 22/23.
