With more than twenty years’ experience at the company, Rupert is our Managing Director. He has covered every sector of recruitment in his time at the company, gaining a significant number of contacts as a result - he provides specialist support to our teams across all sectors, while also currently working directly with our PR team. Rupert went from gardening to recruitment consultancy, being one of few Londoners to be accredited by the Royal Horticultural Society. He has previously served as Chair of the Marketing, Media and Creative sector group of the REC, the industry’s leading trade association.
