This is me in private practice.
https://www.linkedin.com/company/holistic-lif I work with adults, teenagers, families who are in transiiton through life changes and challenges. As a registered and chartered psychologist of 30 years experience, a sound and grounded psychological approach is a given...however, this is holistic life psychology, which means I work with the whole person and their whole life. And I do this using a wealth of tools and insights, as appropriate to the person.
Who might benefit?
Those in search of meaning to life and living
Those needing to make decisions about life, people and change e.g. marriage, divorce or education choices
Those needing to evaluate life and meet its challenges, eg through grief or loss or inspiration for something better or different
How is it holistic?
I work from a base in Jungian psychology, visual archetypes, dream analysis and personality theory and take an eclectic, creative and person-centred approach. I use tools from life, work and family experience and from my qualifications in: aromatherapy, colour therapy, meditation, yoga, teen yoga, music, healing and sound therapy
