Emmi Kavander, as an experienced professional in strategic communications, specialising in investor relations and business storytelling, is the founder and CEO of MatchInverse®, a tool for founders to create a compelling pitch and profile that is freely shareable across platforms. She is an early-stage tech investor who mentors and coaches founders at various start-up accelerators and the University of Zürich Innovation Hub. In 2022, start-ups at MassChallenge Switzerland awarded her as mentor of the year. With +15 years of international experience in sales, strategy and communications, Emmi has built two successful businesses and previously worked, e.g. in the senior leadership of a global, stock-listed FinTech as Head of Group Communications and Investor Relations. Emmi is an alumna of IMD and has an MBA from the University of London.
