We are a North London Property Management company specifically aimed at private landlords with portfolios of 1-10 residential properties, who are looking for a totally hands off experience, and are fed up with being over charged by traditional high street letting agents. Our management fee of 8% includes all call out charges and renewals of safety certificates. (If you would like us to source and onboard tenants, this will be charged at an extra 7% of the retnal amount.)

we have multilingual staff who can deal with any issues from our tenants or guests who have moved to London from abroad
Our concierge service for tenants and guests includes arranging business trips, booking restaurants, and even making an appointment with a private doctor - once you're with Mo'Living, you become part of our family and this value add means that landlords and letting agents can increase their rent (we have partnered with letting agents such as Chestertons and Portico to offer our management services to their tenants)
We provide an eco friendly, branded goodie bag for all our tenants, including tote bags, water bottles, key rings, mugs, and coasters
