Jane Ferré Coaching
I’m an ass-kicking, no-nonsense career coach with over twenty years’ experience in senior HR roles. After over twenty years working in the aviation, travel and hospitality sectors, I left the corporate world and started my own business in 2018.
I now work with high potential leaders frustrated with their lack of career progression to secure a bigger and better role by navigating the hidden job market.
I’ve turned to coaches during challenging times, most recently in 2017 when I found myself facing redundancy twice in one year.
My coach helped me to take the time to stop, think and plan the massive action needed to move forward with the next chapter in my life.
I started my coaching career at British Airways in 2011. I worked with senior leaders to navigate their way around, through and over the myriad of issues that they faced in their day-to-day working lives.
Throughout my corporate career, I was regularly acclaimed not only for my contribution as an HR executive but as a business leader. I have the natural ability to build trust and credibility with others, and, because I know it can be lonely at the top, I naturally take on the role of confidante with leaders.
