Desiree Silverstone is a psychotherapist turned executive coach with over 35 years of experience.

She has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, including NHS, Accenture, Mercedes-Benz, Tata, Comcast, Zoetis, and Best Buy, among many others.


Desiree has spoken to the staff in the House of Lords on Inclusion & Diversity. She has also given a talk to the staff in the Cabinet Office about The Neuroscience of Stress.

She spoke at the NHS's Mental Health Day celebration about ways to promote mental health at work. She also spoke at the DEI Conference on The Neuroscience of Unconscious Bias.

Her views on Mental Health and Leadership Styles have also been featured on National TV (Talk TV), BBC Worcester and Hereford radio.


Her qualifications include a postgraduate qualification from Guys and St Thomas' Medical and Dental School, King's College, University of London, as well as qualifications from the Metanoia Institute, Prudence Skynner Institute of Family Therapy, and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust.

She holds a Certificate in Applied Neuroscience from ITS, London, as well as a Diploma in Leadership and Management Coaching from the Workplace Coach Institute.
